I’ve used these guys for tires, inspections and oil changes. They’re great. Honest, reliable and quick service with very fair prices which is hard to find these days. I highly recommend them.
My son was away at college and his car needed inspection. He went to a local mechanic. Mechanic failed the inspection telling him he needed brakes and tires. It would cost $1,000.00. I told him to pay for the failed inspection and bring the car to tire pros. Brakes and tires were fine. Been going to them religiously since 2012. Thanks tire pros
After calling two dealers and other repair shops, Late Friday afternoon I luckily found Tire Discount Tire Pros. I had the pleasure of meeting and speaking with an extremely knowledgeable lady named Antoinetta. I returned the following Monday. I approached Antoinetta, spoke about 30 seconds and she requested the keys to my 2013 vehicle. In less than 10 minutes a man returned and showed me a computer screen showing that I needed 3 sensors. Advised me that I should replace all sensors at the price of 3. I agreed to replacing all 4 and asked how long it would take. His response was 25 minutes and he did not disappoint. My dealer would have taken 3 hours and cost me over three times the amount I was paying. This shop in Levittown is outrageous… for the short time I was there, they handled no less than 10 customers in an unbelievable way… with a professional, confident, efficient, polite and courteous manner. This company gives a customer what everyone wants… a fair and reasonable price, they won’t abuse your time and they fix the problem… which is the most important! I’d give it more than the maximum amount of stars.
We just got home thanks to Charlie & crew. I was happy with the service & his cheerful comments, not many people are happy on a Friday! Thanks! ERH
